Spa Culture
If you have not booked your spa treatment, we encourage that you arrive our premises at least 60 minutes to your treatment. We have changing rooms and a beautiful, serene and homely lounge that extends to the saloon as well as the fitness centre.
Again, if you are a bookworm, the serenity of our environment may tempt and entice you to flip a few pages off your favourite book as your treatment proceeds.
For treatment-only visits, we encourage our clients to arrive at least 30 minutes to their treatment reservation so as to fill your consultation form and be ready for your treatment in no time!
Mobile Phones
As the spa is a retreat to escape our busy lives, we strictly have a no phone policy in any area of the spa. This is for the tranquility and privacy of all our guests.
Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement for access into the spa is 18 or 16 if accompanied by an adult.
Dress Code
Robes and flip flops will be provided on arrival. You are required to wear suitable swim wear in the wet area of the spa.
Medical Conditions
Should you be suffering from any serious medical condition please make us aware at booking stage. It is advisable to bring a letter from your consultant stating it is safe for you to undergo the treatments.
Pregnancy
If you are a breastfeeding mother or pregnant, do let us know before we begin your treatment. Your safety is of utmost important to us.
Reservations & Cancellations
We recommend booking in advance. Credit card details are required to make and confirm any booking.
If for any reason, you decide to cancel your reservation, make cancellation at least 24 hours prior to reservations. This is to enable us serve all our clients efficiently and excellently.
Mobile phones can be quite distractive so we often encourage our clients to either turn off phones or activate the silent mode.
Safety Measures
At our Abuja Luxury Spa, we do not recommend that you bring any valuable items with you to the spa.
Secondly, we recommend that you remove any jewelry on your body if any. However, please feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. You may be asked to remove certain clothing but the most important thing is that you are comfortable.
Our therapists will keep your body draped in massage table sheets and only expose each area being treated.
More importantly, we do not always drape clients during wet treatments such as body treatment services. We will provide a disposable underwear if needed.
